Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held its most recent Canada Express Entry Draw on December 21, 2023. In this draw 400 invitations were issued for individuals to apply for permanent residency, with a specific focus on occupations within Agriculture and Agri-food. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff score for this draw was set at 386 or above.
A day earlier, on December 20, the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) honed in on 10 transport occupations, extending a total of 670 invitations for permanent residency, and establishing a CRS cutoff score of 435.
Further, on December 19, IRCC orchestrated a draw concentrating on trade occupations, resulting in 1,000 invitations being issued for permanent residency, with a corresponding CRS cutoff score of 425.
This marks the seventh round of Express Entry invitations for December, following a brief pause in November 2023.
On December 18, a general Express Entry draw encompassing all programs distributed 1,325 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency (PR).
It's noteworthy that the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score experienced a decline of 19 points in comparison to the preceding similar Express Entry draw conducted on December 6th.
