The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) is the optimal pathway for individuals who are looking for immigrate to Canada via a particular province.
On 19, January 2024 Ontario PNP conducted new round of invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR). In this draw ONTARIO issued 1,654 invitations though the Employer job offer: OINP Foreign Worker stream. This is a significant increase compared to the previous draws in 2024, which targeted specific skilled trades, healthcare, or tech occupations.
This general draw offers an opportunity for foreign workers with job offers in any TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupations and a score of 50 or higher in the Express Entry system to apply for PR in Ontario. This opens up the pathway to permanent residency for a wider range of skilled workers, potentially boosting Ontario's economy and addressing labor shortages in various sectors.
